Do you offer custom 3D printing in Canada?

Yes - Design by AF is a New Brunswick based custom 3D printing and manufacturing studio. We design, print, and ship, made to spec parts and products for customers across Canada.

What can you manufacture?

Functional parts, fixtures, components, replacement parts, and finished products in a range of materials: PLA, PETG, ABS, Nylon, TPU and more.

Can 3D printed products survive outside or in a hot vehicle?

Yes - material selection is the critical factor for durability. Evaluating the specific environmental conditions and mechanical stress your project will face to select the perfect material for everyday reliability.

What file formats do you accept?

STEP, STL, OBJ, and 3MF files. No model yet? We also offer design services to turn an idea or sketch into a printable file.

How do I get a quote?

I leverage my background in Civil Engineering and Computer Science to help entrepreneurs turn their ideas into physical, market ready products. Whether you need a single prototype or scale production, I handle every stage of the development process.
