Refund policy

hank you for shopping at Design by AF. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our guidelines below.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your shipment to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging (if applicable).

3. Non-Returnable Items (Custom Orders)

Please note that any custom-engineered or custom-dimension items are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@DesignByAF.ca with your order number and photos of the damage. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or send a replacement at no additional charge to you.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@DesignByAF.ca with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
